This place is good enough that I was able to get my Olumiant through them. But in regards to communicating with their clients, they lack deeply. I had just gotten off the phone with someone to schedule an appointment to get more Olumiant. She had told me before I could have an appointment set, I had to pay this bill (which wasn't the reason I was frustrated) that was on a collector's debt account. The reason I was frustrated was because THIS WHOLE THING COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AVOIDED if they were more thorough on checking their client's contact information. I asked her how they would had contacted me and she had said through my address, email or phone number. She spelled my email incorrectly which makes me think how long have they had it wrong and I never got statements in the mail from them either. I have always paid my bills on time, so to hear that I never paid a bill (when I could've and would've already done) but I was never told I had to BECAUSE I NEVER RECIEVED ANY NOTIFICATION feels like financial punishment because the people at Braodway Medical Clinic could not do their jobs thoroughly. The lady on the phone was also VERY UNEMPATHETIC and really shows how down hill the medical field is going when it comes to being a decent human being. The people here, even the nurses from last time I was there (2024) have fragile egos. Maybe have classes to teach the employees how to effectively receive feedback.

I have had almost entirely negative experiences here and I’m 20 minutes into being on hold, so I might as well write this review. My doctor of 5 years quit with no communication to me and then I called to make an appointment and the front desk lady was incredibly rude (which happens 100% of the time) when informing me I had a surprise new doctor. Once I had a fill in doctor who covered my appointment during the shift and my partner had to tell him to relax because he came in, touched me without even asking my name, then blamed me for not telling him about pain in an area he did not ask about once and was nowhere near what I came in for. Additionally, not ONCE have I been successful in picking up medication the first try. Where am I right now? In the parking lot of my pharmacy where I’ve spent, always, 30 minutes trying to get ahold of Broadway medical clinic to fix the issue that somehow always prevents me from getting my meds. It’s written wrong, they didn’t put in my insurance, they sent it to a pharmacy 90 minutes away (twice)! It’s literally endless. Also update, I’m now 25 minutes on hold waiting to ask ONE question to the clinic. I had an appointment two days ago and called ahead of time to let them know where was an accident and I’d be significantly late, asking them if I needed to reschedule. The front desk person said it was fine. When I showed up I learned quickly they didn’t even get up to communicate to anyone that I’d called, therefore proceeding in me getting multiple petty comments about being late…. As if that isn’t the literal reason I called. ** UPDATE: i was on hold for 30 minutes, got HUNG UP ON because it said no one was available, i called back and immediately got the person. They proceeded to tell me my pharmacy was switched and my med should be ready today. Then just now, three hours later, they call me back asking me about my original pharmacy so i informed them that I called and was told not only did i switch pharmacies, but that my med had been filled. She told me NONE OF THAT happened, not even a note was taken. then she put me on hold again and to end it all, they closed. it hung up on me because she put me on hold then closed the establishment.

Such a terrible experience on many levels. We found out much later that our insurance didn’t cover the new patient appointment the way it was billed. They agreed to lower the bill, but then quickly sent it to collections instead without any warning. Also did not have a good experience with any staff or doctors there. No wonder why they had openings. Really regret ever going there. They showed a total lack of personal care on any level.

I took my daughter for the first time for a pediatric well check. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk through the visit and follow up was lovely, professional, and organized. Dr DeSimone exceeded my expectations and was a great listener and attentive. I’m glad to be establishing care here and will be bringing my other daughter here soon.
