I recently booked my vehicle into MRT for a service, MOT and a specific wiring problem which caused 3 warning lights to display on the dash to be fixed. I was assured the first time that the wiring wasn't a problem and that a few component parts are to blame. After I paid £1800 to get work done and the problem "fixed" , I drove less than half a mile before all 3 warning lights came back on. I rang back and said all the lights came back on and asked for the specific wiring problem to get looked at again. They then assured me a second time that the wiring wasn't to blame and continued to list new component parts that needed replacing which was ofcourse at a charge. Now call me naive but I thought if one had already paid to get something fixed, and it's clearly not fixed, it should be their responsibility to do so without further charge. I was clearly not happy with the situation and queried further into the wiring problem to which they finally conceded and said that they can't even diagnose such a problem and that they could refer me to an auto electrician which was £80 an hour for diagnosis. I deem this very unprofessional, and Dale in specific was very unhelpful. The only reason it's not 1 star is because the man at reception was very apologetic and friendly. Won't recommend them or make use of their service again.
