I have just relocated to the USA, and until my AFC Urgent Care visit, I had not accessed any type of medical care. I was able to get an appointment with AFC very quickly. The process to enroll was easy using the Solv app, and made for a seamless check in at my appointment time. Being able to see the wait time, and how many patients were ahead of me was amazing, and not something I have ever seen before. The staff were all really awesome. The front desk were extremely patient (no pun intended) with me, as I blindly navigated through the healthcare terminology, and where my nearest pharmacy was. The young man who took my health and medical history, was warm and friendly. I was so grateful to Kelsey, the wonderful Nurse Practitioner, for using so much of her valuable time, to try and help me with a solution. I would most definitely give AFC Urgent Care a Triple A+ rating in all areas.

I didn't have to wait long at all for receptionist to enter my information into the computer. The staff were very efficient and polite. The doctor listened to what I had to say and after an exam recommended medication and treatment. Made me feel very much better.

I went in a Friday evening, with less than an hour to closing time, and everyone gave great service. I was worried I would feel rushed since they were closing soon, but nothing like that. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and handled my paperwork in a timely manner. Once I was called back the doctor on duty took care of my issue right away and I instantly started to feel better. I will most certainly go to this Urgent Care when needed.

Went to the clinic on a Sat morning at 10:00. Was the 2nd person in the waiting room, and was called within 15 minutes after checking in. Staff was courteous. In and out within a half hour. Great experience!!
