Kelly WoodroofMy husband went in for a sick appointment yesterday and I was told over the phone that he must wait in the car and call the office in order to be let in. This was reiterated to me three different times, so he did just that and was hung up on three times and then answered and put on hold for 15 minutes. At this point, it’s 15 minutes past his appointment time and I was in the area and walk in to ask why they aren’t answering the phones and if he’s allowed to come in. They say they can’t see him anymore because he’s a new patient and he has forms to fill out and he’s late. I wasn’t informed of anything needing to be filled out on the phone the day prior either. Obviously I was upset but I schedule an appointment for the next day. He went in today and was told with his symptoms he either has the flu or Covid but that there was no point in them testing him? Waste of time and I’ll definitely be going to a different office after this experience.

Bryan CrosbyUsed to be great, but has gone downhill dramatically with their growth and new offices. Very little availability for appointments and difficult to even get through calling at times. Their online patient portal is horrendous and doesn’t appropriately connect with their system.
Jeff CrowI really appreciated how quickly they got me in to see the doctor. This facility also does in-house testing, greatly accelerating the process. Dr. Orndorf is outstanding and is always very helpful. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a doctor's office.
