Luke recently fitted our main bathroom and we are very pleased with the finished work and experience of working with Luke. A few points to note: 1. Luke visited to quote for the job and issued a quote the same evening. When we booked the job he turned up on the booked day and completed the full job to the planned timelines. 2. Throughout the job Luke was very tidy ensuring that the room was clean and wiped down each day to minimise any mess in the rest of the house. I work from home and didn’t really know he was in the house. 3. Luke provided advice and guidance on the best approach throughout the job. There were a couple of elements of the original design that were not practical due to our bathroom layout and types of wall. He was flexible to our needs and worked with us to deliver the best outcome. 4. He finished the work to a very high standard and made it very clear that he would happily return if there were any snags or issues (there haven’t been any). Having read recent reviews, I must say that my experience comes nowhere close to those (and looks like multiple reviews being left to impact his rating). I would recommend Luke without hesitation.
