We had a list of 6 tasks: re-screen balcony sliding door, re-screen master bedroom window, replace ceiling fan, replace shower diverter, dig out loose grout and add new grout in bathroom tile, and replace hinges on garage access door. We hired Mike because of his reasonably priced estimate and because he was the only handyman we reached out to who showed up in person to give a more precise estimate. We scheduled him to come the following week on a day that worked best for us. He completed all tasks quickly and efficiently then cleaned up any messes afterward. Mike was an honest, competent professional.
