I was telling Celina to be careful with the product being delivered to my house, as this would be the second time they were to deliver this product to me since they damaged the first product the first time around. Celina did not want to hear what I had to say and lashed out at me. All I want is for my product to be delivered without being damaged, but that appears to be a too high of standard for this company. Guess I'll need to take a day off work to make sure the product arrives in good condition. Wouldn't give me a better idea of time arrival other than a 6 hour window since I was residential, even though they would be delivering the product in less than 24 hours. I can only assume it is the wild wild west at that company.

I had a great experience here today. I could see my item showing at their location thru their tracking system. I was hopeful there was a way to pick it up today rather than wait for Mondays delivery so I could get started on some repairs to my rv. I stopped in and kamryn was all over helping me out. She found and verified they had the item...called the company that shipped it to verify it was OK to hand it over at will call...then got her team going on finding it in their warehouse. She called me within an hour to say it was ready. Another nice lady in will call helped set me up with a fork lift driver to load it in my pickup. The fork lift driver was also very friendly and helpful and get things loaded quickly and carefully. Thank you team for giving me excellent customer service today!

Beware! I wish I could give R and L ZERO starts!!! They charged me an arm and a leg to ship a car door and when it arrived it was absolutely destroyed dented and scratched they obviously placed something on top of the door when they shipped it. The packaging was in tatters and deep dents and scratches now cover both sides of the the door. They said that they weren't responsible because the door was "used" but I have pictures from before and after.

It looks like they ran my pool over with the truck before they dropped it off. I hope it still holds water after they got ahold of it.
