» Customer Experiences:
I had an amazing experience here! I asked for deep tissue massage as i felt tense around my neck, back of the head, and shoulders, and Reina did a fantastic job! She has more than 8 years of experience as a massage therapist, and this is my first time getting a massage from a Japanese therapist. I highly recommend her!
This was my first visit and although I hesitated at first, once I was welcomed by Neeka inside, any worries I had melted away. A beautiful, clean and calming environment wrapped me up as I prepared for my Indian head massage (including feet and lower legs) and an amazing facial. Throw in some last minute threading and I was absolutely glowing 2 hours later. I purchased a package of future facials as I will definitely be back. Thank you AG Spa, I needed that.
It wasn’t good at all this time around… ☺️ This was my third visit to this spa. The first two times, when they were still called Cupids Massage, I had great experiences, which is why I came back hoping for the same. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had—a complete waste of time and money. I specifically requested a Swedish massage. At first, the therapist spread oil on my back using her hands, which was fine. But then she continued only using her arms, applying a bit of pressure but with no actual massage techniques or rhythm. I kept waiting for it to turn into something relaxing or therapeutic, but it never did. It was the same arm movements over and over again, with no variety or real method. When she moved on to my legs and arms, it was more of the same—just oil spreading. It honestly felt like she was inexperienced and didn’t know how to apply proper pressure or techniques. It left me feeling like I could do a better job when I’m applying lotion to myself. This was very disappointing, especially since my past experiences here with the couple who did my massages were excellent. It makes me question whether this therapist is even an RMT. Sadly, this experience has ruined my impression of this spa, and I will not be returning. From now on, I’d rather go back to Athletes Care… while it’s not a spa-like atmosphere, at least I know I’ll receive proper massage techniques that are worth my money. Overall, this was only slightly better than my worst experience at H2O. Definitely not what I expected, and I won’t be coming back.
