I was temporarily living in Springfield and was so lucky to stumble upon this lovely studio. The instructors are incredibly kind and the variety of classes keeps it fun. I got a wonderful sense of community while practicing here. I think about the studio often and I miss it dearly!!

I opted for a virtual class to judge my comfort level as I'm newer to yoga. The instructor was easy to follow and took time before class started to demonstrate a more complicated move.

The class was restorative yoga but the instructor seemed rushed and class didn't flow. She also didnt ask us if we practiced or our ability.

Ahh Yoga is a beautiful studio with top notch instructors. They offer a variety of classes, thus there are classes for all levels and interests. The instructors get to know their students and provide incredible encouragement. It is obvious that they care about each student’s success. The owner Betsy is wonderful and friendly. She really values and appreciates her members. I would definitely say this is hands down the best place in Springfield to do yoga. I love Ahh!
