They’ve completely dropped the ball on our international shipment. Lost our customer’s million dollar order, left us to think this was on a cargo ship (it wasn’t), then shocked us with a 1am email that it wasn’t loaded… nearly a week and a half later They’re unable to provide clear ladings, tracking details, IDs. “Management”, doesn’t seem interested in working here at all, mostly just exercising their “Director” titles. An individual specialist handles everything happening, but is inconsistent and unable to answer calls / provide basic support. NOTHING claimed on their website is true. You will have issues with paperwork. You will not be asigned experts. You will NOT have a stress free experience. This company, for all I know, is a scam. They’ve caused my company millions in damages by their carelessness. I’m writing this as I wait again for a basic response from them, but I know they’re not going to call us anytime soon

Very reputable, trustworthy, and I can trust that they are looking out for our best interests. They have handled hundreds of containers for us and they are consistent and do great work. Definitely worth getting a quote from them.
