I was booked with Elizabeth and she did not disappoint, very professional and gave me some helpful tips as well. I had an amazing massage and already booked to go back next month. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with PT Lauren Smith, over 4 visits, due to a medical condition. Ahead of my 1st visit, I had searched online to try to learn about my problem & find appropriate exercises, but Lauren immediately explained the medical info much better than any search tool I had tried, & then taught me 3 exercises. To be honest, I would have found a handout or a website to help reinforce my homework exercises beneficial. I did explain that I was a visual learner, but still no tools, such as a handout or website, were provided. I would suggest Lauren to anyone requiring a Physio of specific skills. Just look up what she can offer you, as listed on the company website. She was very professional & I felt comfortable talking to her. Thank you for your help, Lauren.
