The service of staff have always been excellent everytime I've visited. Warm and friendly welcome, relaxing atmosphere, approachable staff and reasonable waiting times. Eye tests are comfortable and thorough. Optometrist really took care of my needs and gave great advice. Plenty of frames to choose from and help is always at hand to help make final decisions. Early May 2025 - First Review A huge thank you to Erain for being very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and put me at ease. Definitely a great ambassador for Specsavers Keighley. EDITED 27/05/2025 new review below I've now signed up to the contact lens trial, Zara and Tony where brilliant, Zara is a very patient young lady, who helped me to understand how to use and look after the lenses. Tony took time to talk to me as a customer, to explain the processes and what he was doing in his tests, by the time i left I felt like I'd known him for years. We both have a passion for the same style of Rock music. I had lost a lens over the weekend, I called today, Dan was great, he went off for a short while to sort out a new order and I am pleased to say, resolved my issue and new lenses ordered. I came in this afternoon to store see about the mess up with me losing them etc. A lovely young lady by the name of Tianah, assisted me and resolved my issues. Dan even came over recognising my voice and issue to introduce himself, to reassure me all was in hand, I also got to thank him personally. If your looking for a great team to work with on vision and be looked after, I couldn't recommend a better group of staff. Great ambassadors for Specsavers Keighley. (To any staff, my apologies if I spelt any of your names incorrectly). See you soon.
