Ooohweee, what everyone else said: the reps at the airport desk are weirdly hostile. I didn’t make a reservation in advance because I was debating between using them or just grabbing a rideshare. I figured I’d decide once I landed. When there was a bag carousel delay, I wandered over to scope out the situation. I saw a shuttle parked out front and approached the desk. I was the only person in line. I asked the woman, “What time does the next shuttle leave?” She replied, “There’s a shuttle out front.” “I see that,” I said. “But I have some things to do first. What time does it leave, or when’s the next one after that?” She just repeated, louder this time and with a finger jab toward the door, “There’s a shuttle out front.” Rather than keep engaging with her non-answer, I walked off, grabbed my bag, and ordered a Lyft. What a bizarre encounter. This tells me they probably don’t have a set schedule at all. Like hotel or airport parking shuttles, they likely just leave whenever the driver feels like it or the van is full enough. HARD pass.

I booked the shuttle upon my arrival in New Orleans , for drop-off and pick-up . My pick-up time was scheduled for 8:25 a.m. After waiting 20-25 minutes, I called to inquire and was told the person was 15 minutes away.They were running late. The driver arrived at 8:50 a.m. and had another pickup that never came. I believe they forgot my schedule/ paid pick-up and only remembered after I called. The pick-up seems to be more of an issue. So, always give them an hour earlier departure . That way, you have time to make other accommodations in the event they are late or no-show.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have had the displeasure of paying for in a long time. In the airport, there was only one customer service representative taking reservations. The lengthy line didn't seem to cause her any haste or request assistance from another representative. After purchasing our tickets, we were expressly told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. An hour later after we purchased our tickets, with no bus in sight and no announcement of the status of a bus, we inquired with the representative as to the status. She replied "she didn't know". When we pried further, she said she would try to call the bus drivers but "they didn't pick up the phones". After the shuttle bus arrived, the bus was underwhelmingly dirty and scattered with trash. Once all the passengers loaded we sat on the bus for 30 minutes waiting for the driver to return to the bus. When the driver finally put the bus in drive, for about 20 feet, he stopped it again. At this point, a passenger asked, politely, what was taking so long. The driver snapped back a rude response in defense. If I could score lower than a 1 star, I would. I'll never use this service again. Update: upon waiting for the shuttle bus for our return to the airport, the bus was not on time (no surprise this time). We were outside the hotel 15 minutes in advance of our scheduled pick up time as we were instructed and even asked the bellhop if they had seen the shuttle to confirm we hadn't missed it. 10 minutes later, we called the local number and were told the bus was 5-7 minutes away. 15 minutes after that, the bus was still no where in sight. We purchased a taxi to get us to the airport in time.

This our first time using the Airport Shuttle Services. The customer service from booking to travel experience were positive, professional, and reliable. When my arrival flight was canceled, and we called to reconfirmed our departure from the hotel, the customer service agent initiate and assisted us to get a refund for that leg of the service we did not use because of the airline problem. Our departure bus was at our hotel on time for our 10.00AM flight. I strongly recommend using their service whenever you are in New Orleans. Ann Burke - New York
