Ordered a taxi for 4:40 am pick-up on Sat, 6/8 for trip to Logan, 6:30 am flight. Although I received email confirmations, I still called on Friday to re-confirm. All along the way was assured driver would be there at requested time. However, 4:45 am rolled around, and no driver. On the confirmation, it says to call the driver if any problem and gives the phone #. Thus, I called driver. Driver didn't answer. Called Airport Taxi in a panic. They also tried to reach driver, but apparently he didn't answer them either. Airport Taxi called back to say another driver was on the way. By this time it was 5 am (remember, we had a 6:30 am flight!). Second driver did show up 10 minutes later as promised, and he got us to airport in time (barely). So although I appreciate that Airport Taxi did answer the phone that early morning and did send another driver promptly, it made for an EXTREMELY stressful morning, and since I'm a nervous flier anyway, I did not need the extra stress! Not sure I'd use Airport Taxi again.

Made my reservation online, driver came right on the dot and helped me with my luggage. Trip was smooth and quiet (my driver wasn't the chatty kind) and he took shortcuts to bypass traffic which I really appreciated. Would definitely use them again!

Great service! Always dependable and on time. Friendly & helpful. The drivers are courteous, and make the trip fun. It is so much better than parking at the airport. I would definitely use them again. I thought they were reasonably priced for a ride from Sala. I couldn't risk it with an app service since I was also flying and was already in the air by the time the Airport Taxi Newton MA had to go get my mom. There would have been no way for me to rebook of quickly schedule something for her. Nonetheless, they really delivered and I'm appreciative.
