Airport Taxi Service

Should have read the reviews. I was quoted $63 for my cab from Commonwealth to the airport 6 hours prior to pickup. Once they realize there was a concert they text saying the rate would now be $100. Found another company that weren't thieves. Don't use these guys.. 0 zero stars

so I definitely did not have a great experience with one of their taxis on the road. I felt they were quite dangerously driving.. but hopefully they were just in a rush and this is not a regular thang.

Opted to take a taxi from the airport home. About 5 minutes into the trip, I received a call from the airport as there had been a mix up with my luggage. I asked the driver to take me back to the airport, which he struggled to understand, but eventually understood, and turned around at a hotel in Nisku. When we arrived at the airport, he attempted to charge me $40, for what was effectively a trip just outside of the airport and back. I asked him what the justification for the high price was and he explained that a trip to that hotel is $20 each way. I told him that I didn’t go to the hotel, we literally just drove 5 minutes and turned around, and that $40 was egregious for this. He continued to fight with me until I asked him to call his dispatch. He then attempted to tell his dispatch that he had driven me to the hotel and back, not explaining the full situation of simply using the hotel parking lot to turn around. I told him to put them on speaker and I explained the full situation. Their dispatch the agreed that I should only be charged $20 for “one way” to the hotel, which is still a ridiculous price for about an 8-9 minute trip. I’m back at the airport after sorting out the luggage and will be taking an Uber from here. I won’t ever be using Airport Taxi again.
