There was a steady rhythm to the class that allowed me to stay present and connected throughout. Jill’s attention to detail was obvious — from the mindful transitions to the atmosphere she created in the space. She also managed everything at the studio herself, welcoming each student and handling the logistics with professionalism and warmth. It felt personal, intentional, and seamless from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, aligned, and fully in my body. Highly recommend her class if you’re in Zürich.
