I was in there on Saturday, and someone was helping me find a clutch for my daughter's wedding. I asked to see a clutch, which she happily showed me. Then I asked what the price was on a different clutch and was told they are all different prices and walked away from me straight to the back room. I wasn't done looking for a clutch. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. It is a shame to post this as you have great reviews on customer service! Well, I did not receive that service, and I will not be returning to this store as a result. I am happy to share, I found a clutch and earrings elsewhere!
