Mixed feelings about shopping at this store, but I sincerely had such a wonderful experience overall working with Matt that the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of one of my visits being less than stellar. Matt was able to repair my confidence and trust with a respectful apology for a potential misunderstanding in my inquiry with a different clerk. Matt is wonderful to work with.

I went to Ashley Jewellers to get my wedding and engagement rings cut off, as my fingers had unfortunately enlarged over time and the rings were starting to constrict my finger. Matt was very polite and professional and used his equipment to carefully cut the rings loose. I can highly recommend Ashley Jewellers.. I will be going back to them to get my engagement ring resized.
