Ajax Lighting

First time customer here. I had placed an online order for a replacement for a defective in-ceiling pot light that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Theresa called to inform me that the product has been superseded by a different light that would not have matched the other lights. When I explained the challenge to Theresa, she checked their store and found a display unit that had never been installed and offered to sell me and even deliver the same. The next day she personally dropped off the light, together with a refund cheque for the price difference. That is what I call amazing customer service and how you make a customer for life!

We decided to explore Ajax Lighting with the goal of discovering distinctive fixtures that diverged from the typical selections at other local stores. Our intention was to find something unique. Remarkably, we came across the ideal light fixture for our newly designated craft room. The staff, who assisted us during our visit, left a lasting impression with her kind nature and impressive expertise. She skillfully addressed all of our inquiries, offering insightful explanations and recommendations. The purchasing experience was extremely satisfying, and the light fixture we acquired enhanced the aesthetics of our new room.

Theresa at Ajax Lighting was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and guided me on what requirements I needed to provide prior to coming into the store. We purchased under the cabinet LED lighting, which was very easy to install. No invasive drilling required with the exact colour requested. We will be using Ajax Lighting again for our future projects as we just moved into a new build home.
