Theresa called to inform me that the product has been superseded by a different light that would not have matched the other lights. When I explained the challenge to Theresa, she checked their store and found a display unit that had never been installed and offered to sell me and even deliver the same. The next day she personally dropped off the light, together with a refund cheque for the price difference. That is what I call amazing customer service and how you make a customer for life!
