Em & NickI am writing another review since the owner promptly replied to my last review with a lie. "Hi Em Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your return experience. We’d like to clarify a few important points regarding your order. The mirror you returned arrived back to us in a heavily damaged box, which unfortunately did not meet the manufacturer's requirements for an accepted return. Despite this, we still processed your return as an exception and issued a refund—less the agreed-upon restocking fee." The box I returned the mirror in was not heavily damaged and they did not issue me a refund less than the agreed-upon restocking fee. This lie makes me question if any of the reviews here are real.
