JanisCarlos, the repair person, is just amazing and did a great job of fixing two of my older lamps at a very reasonable cost. He is also extremely knowledgeable, explaining in plain terms what the problems were and how he could repair. I had a call barely two days later that they were ready and they work wonderfully now. There is a lot of sentimental value on those lights so I could not be happier! The store itself is gorgeous and I have had one of their chandeliers hanging in my dining room for almost 10 years now with not one issue. Thanks again so much Carlos !
Patrick HWe ordered some not inexpensive lighting through Eurolite. During installation, the electrician noted to us that the paint colour on some of the rods was wrong. Eurolite initially disagreed and said it "definitely doesn't appear red in the photo". Now they say it was "an error in the spray booth at the factory from the look of the photo" and we're being told it's our responsibility to pay to get the proper parts swapped in, which the electrician is telling us will cost over $300. After much back and forth, Eurolite offered us a credit that won't cover the full cost. In my opinion, they should have owned the issue and offered to cover the cost of fixing it.
