Anna is a top notch professional who was a delight to work with. My brother and I hired her to help us find a new place and sell our condo. She showed us two places early on and we got outbid. Discouraged, we decided to take a break due to the overheated market. She was kind and patient and offered no pressure at all, telling us to let her know when we were ready. Then to our surprise, a place we bid on opened up again and she worked hard to get our original offer through without the home going back to market. So we ended up with our first choice, at the original offer we made, thanks to her hustling so hard for us. She also was a great advocate when we went through some unexpected challenges with the loan underwriter, encouraging us all along the way. To top it off, when our parents unexpectedly decided to make a cash offer for our condo, Anna was gracious and supportive even though it was supposed to be her sale. She is a wonderful agent and, more importantly, a wonderful human being.
