So we ended up with our first choice, at the original offer we made, thanks to her hustling so hard for us. She also was a great advocate when we went through some unexpected challenges with the loan underwriter, encouraging us all along the way. To top it off, when our parents unexpectedly decided to make a cash offer for our condo, Anna was gracious and supportive even though it was supposed to be her sale. She is a wonderful agent and, more importantly, a wonderful human being.
