These guys are NOT very reliable, even with the new management. I have communicated with these people to get a linkage in my bathroom walls fixed and no one came for over a week. I emailed the new hire Elisa and she has not followed suit to my emergency. 😒

Well they are my property manager and I have got to say in the 4 years I've been with them. It's been more positive then negative. Id like better communication but otherwise they seem to have it together.

Maintenance service is very reliable. Idelfonso is always on time, very respectful and gets repairs done beyond my expectations. He’s very clean with his work and does his best to fix everything.

I don't like united housing the walls are thin the flood don't give good support feel like I'm about to fall thru into somebody else apartment the pipes are weak they repaint over the damage before you move in I should have never move in here seriously I hate but I have to deal with it for right now
