Hi, it’s been 4 years and growing that we have been visiting and booking rooms at Al Ain Palace Hotel. As it’s the first hotel we think on our mind when we visit Abu Dhabi. The hotel always has a warm welcome and greets us with friendly front desk reception staffs. Mr. Ameer has exceptionally helpful and supportive . The rooms are always clean and hygiene. We will definitely recommend.

The service is very nice and the room is very clean. The pool is very refreshing and very cool. The cleaner Goma did a very great job at cleaning our room. When we came in it was very clean and not one imperfection. I had a very good experience with the room. The buffet was very good and the drinks were very refreshing. Many different options of food. I recommend the stay.

Negative stars should also be an option. 1) NO POWER BACKUP ..Seriouslyyy !!!! once had experienced a power outage and they had no power back up and had placed tea light candles in stairs and lobby .... Lollz makes me doubt their emergency preparedness. elderly people's or those with joint problems be aware if there is any power outage . 2) Dust central rooms , dusty mouldy carpets ,dusty windows and cabinets. 3) week air conditioning with funny mouldy smell ,kept sweating at night. 4)worst... if you cancel your booking on the very first day , they are still going to charge you for the whole period of booking made initially . Telling you from my own experience .I had booked directly from their own website. Dunno if it Might have been different had I booked it from travel apps. Pros : 1) they do have a indian bar at ground floor with some good cheap deals , if you can withstand masala aroma filled air and a few loud speaking customers with indian music then go for it . 2) Hotel lobby certainly is good and big . 3) location is good no doubt .( there are few other hotels in same location a bit costlier than this hotel but much better. You get what you pay for ) 4) Toilet at ground floor are really clean and tidy .
