I had an amazing experience with this travel agency, especially thanks to Aisha! From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect trip that fit my budget and schedule.

Sorry to say, but the customer service was terrible. The man at the front desk had no smile and gave a rude facial expression when I simply asked about ticket prices. The owner should take this seriously and consider hiring someone with proper customer service skills. First impressions matter, and this was disappointing.

This is my first time booking with Al Karim Travel and Tours and they certainly went beyond my expectations. I was able to book a custom Umrah package at a great affordable price! The process was easy and I was given favourable options. Aisha is very accommodating, making sure our trip will be smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I highly recommend their service!
