You are gonna enter the cheapest one available. So keep that expectations alone. I too had fallen with the same thing, cheapest one but never expected it to be so cheap. You get cockroaches only in your room, same so can u expect to be taking back along with your own luggages . Not even drinking water provided. No kettle in room . Stinky rooms . They behave so professional to hold back you ID to show what or to guarantee what to not take alongwith u from this hotel, god knows. Wish they good atleast save these cockroaches from not been taken along. Pure lodge. Dont expect anything more

Sad to say it’s a worse night of my life, such a terrible place The pictures are different from what you see I mean how poor can Royalton hotel be no amenities, no charging plug let me not include the washroom coz it’s unpleasant😭 I poop and it refuses to flushed😭😭 A lot in my mind but the hotel is not worth even 50 AED. To check out they will keep you for an hour I wonder what they are checking coz they don’t have anything in the room omg

Very poor management. Even if we raised a complaint, manager will take it very silly. Customers complaints are just a jock for them. They are not looking for a standard customers. This hotel is good for 3rd rate things. Don't book it. Ultimate worst hotel.
