I had an appointment with Dr Singh (a locum). She was incredible. She was knowledgeable, confident and explained everything to me. She really cared about my experience and went out of her way to get different equipment to make sure I was comfortable rather than just using what was at hand. I wish this doc was permanent as I would choose to see her at any time. I couldn’t have felt more at ease and safe with her

This practice is an absolute disgrace. Spoke to the practice manager in person as my medication has been refused multiple times even though the hospital have informed them to continue this and have sent over all documentation. The practice manager called Emma was extremely rude when I was asking about my medication and said she can’t be bothered with nonsense and if I don’t like the way she runs things round here then look for a new gp surgery as she’s not miracle worker and just walked away with no explanation. I am absolutely disgusted with this behaviour from Emma as she shows no empathy and is not willing to help the patients. They are still refusing to do my medication however prescribed me a completely different one today which could have been life threatening if I were to take this and could have caused serious liver damage. This gp surgery was amazing when Lynn was the manager however since Emma has taken over I’ve had nothing but trouble and passive aggressive behaviour from her.

Appalling receptionists. An app to replace the (overworked receptionists 🤭 that barely functions). Don't even bother. If you want to see a GP go up to A&E. You will be seen faster....

This surgery used to be exceptional! Nowadays, everything has gone down the hill. You try to book an appointment for an acute issue e.g. tonsillitis and they tell you to use Anima and take a picture of your tonsils! They start you on medication and when it is not working effectively and you ask for a face to face appointment, they say use the app to take a picture of your throat! And when the picture is not clear, they say that this is not tonsillitis, making you end up in A&E to be reviewed by ENT who confirmed, based on clinical image and blood results that you indeed have an infection (not viral). Then, when it comes to your regular medication, you put a request through the NHS app and then randomly, someone decides to reject one of your medication without any reason. You end up calling the surgery to be told that there is no reason to reject your medication and that it will be issued, ending up going to the pharmacy to tell you that the medication has not been issued. Calling over and over again the surgery to end been left without your regular medication and been told that it will be put as a subject to a doctors' meeting! Community healthcare should be the spine of the healthcare sector, but unfortunately, there is no support to their patients and no empathy.
