Tequisha HoranBeen with this surgery for a year, can’t fault any of the staff members or care I have received. The receptionists have always been polite and helpful. However due to moving postcodes I have to find a new GP, even though I am still only 0.5 miles away.
Darren DickensonThis surgery is a total disgrace !!! My 85-year-old father was given an appointment for 28th of March for an ear problem. He then became worse and I done an online request. They then said Tuesday 11th of March.. My father is now in Maidstone Hospital in ICU in a reduced coma because he’s got meningitis.
Klaudia SmithI've been going there for years, but recently I had a strange situation with a doctor who told me that I would have to wait a long time to see a specialist in the UK and it would be better if I went to a doctor in my own country, i.e. Poland, because there are better doctors there 😆... but I work here, pay here, live here, and in Poland I can only go privately, which is very expensive. By the way, I only go there once every few years. A sick person, and you have such institutions. Funny situation 🤷
Kristina Purina8:44 called gp and they are in full capacity closes at 12 noon today! I told receptionist I have high temperature and tonsillitis so I need antibiotics other wise it will not go away. Receptionist was rude on the phone, my frustration back is understandable.. She offered me to go to Barming! I said I dont have a car and with small children I cant get there, she was so rude and said that she gave me options wait till tomorrow or go to Barming! Ahh and when I said there is no help from this go she offered me to change to other practice if i am not happy!!! I will definitely!!! Just to make them less busy!! I just dont get it, we paying so much to NHS and no appointments no help! I would rather not to pay NHS and look into private heath care it would save us a lot in the long term! Definitely need massive restructure in this gp no wonder 2.8 stars..
