I have went to many Precision Tunes over the years with no issues. First time at the one on Rockwell & they did not replace my splash guard correctly after my oil change causing it to come loose & drag while driving. It is now damaged to the point of needing to be replaced. Their solution at first was to zip tie it into place which lasted a whopping 5 minutes of the drive home. While the owner was very nice regarding the issue, I was only offered a refund for the oil change and for them to replace the splash guard themselves if I get a new one. Thanks but no thanks. Not very interested in having the people who didn’t replace it correctly in the first place put my new one on. With the oil change refund in account, I’m still out about $60 having a new one placed. Very unfortunate that I have used them exclusively for oil changes for probably around 7 years only for it to end like this. Oh well. Picture added of the current state of the splash guard. This was after their way of “fixing” it.

Angie who works at the front was so awesome from the first phone call when i asked for an estimate to the end of our exchange!! Prent the owner came up and was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like i was talking with friends. He even gave me a big hug before i left! i found my new repair shop, i hope i don’t need them much but, when i do need repairs, i know where i’m gonna go, thank you guys so much it was an awesome experience!

The precision tune that services all of my vehicles are the best at what they do. Customer service is at the top the same as the service department. This establishment is in close proximity to an extended family. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was recommended this place by a friend who knew the owner, so I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. However, every time my car was returned to problem with was not fixed properly, half-way, or something else stopped working. Plus they add petty unnecessary fees whenever they get the chance. They will charm you with kindness and charge you maximum for half effort work. When things go wrong, they will not take ownership of their mistakes. Stay away.
