Fit4Less Proudfoot is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a well-equipped, affordable gym. The variety of equipment suits all fitness levels. The atmosphere and members are VERY welcoming and kind, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful, and I have great conversations with all of them. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into the gym without overspending!

Out of all the fit4less in the city. This location by far has the laziest members. Virtually nobody racks their weights and it’s a mess with dumbbells and plates left around the gym. I’ve been to every location in the city and I’ve never seen this level of laziness and never seen a gym so messy

If I could give more stars I would. London Proudfoot Fit4Less deserves a round of applause all around, from the staff to the facility. I love to see the staff when I come in because they are super friendly, very welcoming, and supportive. They are an amazing crew and super fun to talk to, The manager is doing everything right in maintaining a happy and hard working staff, as well as an impeccable gym, you can notice that they work hard and efficiently as a team. This is one of the few clubs that I have gone to where there are no dust bunnies to be found. The weights, equipment, and machines are always in great condition. However, if a machine gets broken, the staff is quick into action to do what they can to get them fixed as soon as possible. The washrooms, change rooms, and showers are always clean and tidy, never has anything out of stock, and I feel safe utilizing these amenities. To add a cherry on top, the members are awesome as well. Super friendly, encouraging, and they add to the amazing atmosphere. My favourite gym by far, they deserve an award.

This is a discount gym. You get what you pay for. In this case it is good value. The Beaverbrook-London location is well equipped, fairly well maintained considering it is not always staffed during its 24 hours. Because of the location and low fees it does get busy though, you may have to wait for the machine you want.
