My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Maisha. She is an excellent trainer and is very knowledgeable (especially when having to modify exercises because of injuries)! The facility is very clean and has a great range on equipment to get your workout in. Group classes are great with a strong sense of community and positivity while getting a sweat sesh in! We love it here!
