It took 10 days to get from Edmonton to north Battleford and then they sent my package back to Edmonton. Total dumpster fire of a company. I would pay double to not have to deal with Purolator.

left package outside the apartment building lucky me that my neighbor pick it up for me before anyone else had a hand on my parcel, very very disappointed and not professional at all, what will happen if i got very important documents inside or any other stuff, this is the second time happened with me now. If i have an option i will never go these unprofessional crew

They’re too lazy to deliver! I have my express shipping order for 3-4 days and they haven’t give my package for a month! I had to pick it up which is complete waste of money for my express delivery for faster shipping!
