UPS charges EXTORTION fees. They charged $90 for me to get a $125 package with .70cents taxed owing. I had contacted them to self declare my package. They refused to provide the documents even though they are legally required to do so. After all fees are paid I still can’t get it. Says 2 days in a row I would get it by 1:30pm, then says by end of day but it’s never been on a truck it is in a “facility”. Can not speak to a human being. UPS is the worst company. AVOID UPS AT ALL COSTS. I have been on hold for 75 minutes with brokerage depart. They were to call me back last week. No call back.

The driver on my route fails to deliver our packages during business hours every time for 2 months. He comes at 7:30 pm and then returns my packages to sender. This happens to my neighbor as well. I'm trying to run a business here. I have had 3 packages in the past 2 weeks returned to sender. I have called customer service who just transfer me in circles. The warehouse doesn't take phone calls. There's zero accountability for the drivers. Absolute joke of a courrier company.

Do not trust any of the services they offer. Said they delivered a package at 5:47pm everyone was home, front door open, no package. They are thief's do not trust UPS this was posted in 2017. 2025 update! Expensive package was shipped through them with no other option, thought oh they'll have fixed things ..... Nope. I watched on camera as the driver just placed the package on my porch and no knock or ring on the bell. DO NOT USE UPS !

UPS has horrible delivery drivers. Rude. Literally dropped the package hard on the front step when I opened the door. Damaged shipments. They don’t follow delivery instructions.
