I then received a follow up email with more information, so that I could make my choice . Quick counter service to order my bath panel, and delivery within 48hrs. I had a broken toilet and I went to the shop twice. Very helpful man with glasses took care of me straight away. I then went home and broke to the toilet part , 1 hour later I went back to the shop. This time , my issue was big to me. It gives me gratitude to write this , even tho I asked the parts to fix my toilet flushing parts, this bald gentleman ( forgot to ask his name ) gave his time to fix my issue with no hesitation. We need this powerful people who can do things from the heart. I will 100% come to this store again because of this service. Thank you. Another bold man :-)

At the weekend, I needed to replace a concealed cistern. I had gone to the big DIY shed, but they didn't have quite what I needed. Drove around to the industrial estate in Whitstable and was lucky to find Thompson & Leigh. They understood what I needed and came up with an innovative and cost-effective solution. Thank you!
