Brittany has been extremely helpful with multiple calls and questions regarding the most expedient way to proceed with my desired action. She definitely went above and beyond what was necessary to assist me. I jokingly said she deserves a raise, but maybe it's not a joke , maybe she does lol! I appreciate this customer service during a somewhat tricky payoff transaction due to my location! Superior Customer Service ! I definitely will keep Alliant in mind for future needs

I am very disappointed with the response I received from Alliant Credit Union regarding my inquiry about assistance during the government shutdown. I asked whether they offered any type of program to support members facing paycheck disruptions, similar to what other credit unions provide. Instead of addressing my concern with understanding or empathy, I was told simply to “contact the Collections department to discuss potential payment plans.” This response came across as dismissive and insensitive. At a time when many members are dealing with uncertainty and financial stress, I expected a more supportive and compassionate reply. Being directed straight to “Collections” without any acknowledgment of my situation or reassurance about available help made me feel like just another account number rather than a valued member. Credit unions are supposed to stand apart from big banks by showing care for their members, but my experience with Alliant Credit Union has been the opposite.

Over my approximate 40 years with Alliant banking I can count on three fingers the number of times the CS was not up to par for Alliant. Thank you, Juno, for being so genuine and efficient. I’ve been a member of Alliant Credit union since 1984 ( back then the name was United Airlines Employees Credit Union) after 40 plus years with them it’s been a pleasure doing business their consultants are always pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In the past I’ve taken out personal loans and multiple vehicle financing loans, they also offer excellent Mortgage loans, savings, and checking account options, the Alliant Credit Union has always been my go to financial institution. They have lots of benefits with the products they offer which helps it’s members with their financial needs like low or no fees, and competitive interest rates. I highly recommend it.
