Used online tool to book car service from Calgary airport for my elderly aunt and uncle. Provided credit card information and assumed all was well -- nope! My relatives ended up having to pay out of pocket. I had even spoken to someone on the phone the previous day to make sure things went smoothly and this was never mentioned. And of course there is no one available during the weekend to handle payment issues, so I only heard back from Allied on Tuesday. On a positive note: I hear the car was clean and the driver was professional.

Driver 1087 going East on highway 2 between Canmore and Calgary, September 1 : tell your driver to be patient in traffic and not almost rear end drivers in front ? Saw him driving and stopping at inches from other cars. It's unprofessional, unsafe and I'd say, a liability for your business.
