From December 2022 to December 2023, I leased an apartment managed by Allied Property Management. In October 2022, I was late on my rent and paid what I believed was the remaining balance to fulfill my lease. Unfortunately, I was $42 short, which led to a $115 late fee being added. Subsequently, I received an eviction notice just nine days before my scheduled move-out date of December 1, 2023. To summarize, I went to court and lost the case. What started as a $157 shortfall grew to $381, after the court cost was added. Almost a year later, I decided to address the situation and contacted Allied, the property management company at the time of my eviction. I visited their corporate office in Mansfield, where I met Marta Schmidt and Annabel Borboa. I presented them with the facts of my tenancy, and after giving them time to conduct their own research, they were puzzled as to why I was evicted in the first place. Both Marta and Annabel were extremely professional, pleasant, and understanding and overturned the eviction releasing the judgement against me. Their assistance came at a critical time for me, and I am truly grateful. Five stars simply isn't enough to express my appreciation for their outstanding service, which went above and beyond.

Direct knowledge of the Ten West Apartments in Oklahoma City. The move in conditions are terrible. The carpet smells and is stained. There is only one person working in the office and cant get anyone to answer the phone or call back after messages are left. Just because a person doesn't have a lot of money dont mean they should live the way Allied Property is. I would not recommend Ten West Apartments in Oklahoma City until there are changes. I assume the big issue is them trying to save the company money. Its obvious they care about collecting the rent and not the conditions of the property. Photos of the Ten West Apartments included. This place is bad. Photos reflect move in ready property. Some of the photos were so disturbing Google would not post on the review. If you look at all of my reviews, I give honest reviews, both good and bad. This property is a long way from the good review side. Updated review. ⭐ Overall Impression Very negative overall sentiment. Many reviewers gave 1 star, citing poor customer service, unresponsiveness, and unprofessional behavior. A smaller number of positive reviews praise individual staff members for being helpful and responsive, but these are heavily outweighed by critical ones. šŸ”“ Common Complaints 1. Poor Communication Repeated mentions of calls/emails being ignored. Residents feel their concerns are dismissed or met with rudeness. 2. Unprofessional/Disrespectful Staff Multiple people describe staff as ā€œrudeā€, ā€œcondescendingā€, or ā€œunhelpful.ā€ Several reviewers said they were hung up on or talked down to. 3. Maintenance & HOA Issues Complaints about slow or nonexistent response to maintenance requests. Frustration with how HOA rules are enforced—sometimes too strict, other times completely ignored. 4. Billing / Financial Transparency Several concerns about fees, fines, and unclear billing practices. Some felt they were unfairly charged without explanation. 🟢 Positive Feedback (Less Frequent) A handful of reviews highlight specific employees (e.g., Wendy, Samantha, Stephanie) as professional, quick to respond, or willing to resolve issues. A couple of homeowners said their neighborhood management improved under Allied. šŸ“Š Balanced View Majority (roughly 70–80%): Negative — highlight systemic issues with responsiveness, customer service, and fees. Minority (20–30%): Positive — usually about individual staff members who went ā€œabove and beyond.ā€ āœ… Summary Statement: Allied Property Management’s reviews show a predominantly poor reputation with homeowners and tenants, especially regarding communication, professionalism, and problem resolution. While there are isolated positive experiences with certain employees, the overall pattern suggests dissatisfaction and mistrust from many clients.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Allied Property Management for my housing needs, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the beginning, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine concern for my preferences and requirements. However, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Karissa. Karissa is an incredible asset to the Allied Property Management team. Her attention to detail, prompt responses, and warm, friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I found a place that felt like home. Her expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by Allied Property Management, especially Karissa's contribution. It's clear they prioritize their clients' happiness and well-being. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for property management solutions. Karissa, thank you for making this experience so pleasant and memorable. Your amazing work truly makes a difference!

Unbelievable how much this Property Management Company does NOT care to return phone calls or emails. We have been waiting for our approval (for changes we are adding to the backyard) since late February. It is now April 5th and NO contact. Apparently they never received our paperwork (even though we got confirmation that it was mailed and received) so we submitted online instead and now it's been weeks!! The first person answers my phone call and now they don't answer any of our phone calls as we are following up weekly. This is absurd and the worst customer service.

Allied Property Management is a property management company.
