I would not recommend this place if you are looking to be treated like a human with kindness and respect. My car was vandalized and I filed a claim. Only to find out everything I thought I was paying for.. was all a scam and I was paying a very high premium for next to nothing coverage. Asked for help from management. Andrew Love took over a month to get back to me regarding the info I requested. He only provided any info once I threatened to call Ombudsman. They lied to me and told me they could not provide a document. MY OWN INFORMATION! Once I said i contacted a lawyer they sent the info the next day. A complete disaster and disgrace. I was hung up on while asking for help. So i went to the office. Only to be told NOBODY IS AVAILABLE . Yes not 1 single person in the whole building could help me. Got the run around. Will never ever go back to this terrible place.

It is so refreshing to see that you can still get excellent service from a local office. Not to mention being able to deal with the same person every time you call.
