I want to give a shout out to Charlton for his integrity and work ethic. My wife was buying a new car and we quickly needed an insurance plan for her. Charlton worked fast to provide multiple options for her (with limited insurance history) and found her a very affordable plan. While he was at it, he offered to check plans for myself (I've been with the same insurer for years with multiple discounts) and even after all the work comparing different plans, he recommended I stay with my current plan. That's what I appreciated the most - he could have tried to push a new plan on me but instead gave me the best advice for me and my wife's situation. That's the integrity I want to highlight.
