He also took the time to help me understand everything involved with my plan and would listen to all my questions and answer them quickly. From calling them to having a policy took me an hour. Great service highly recommended.

I have been working with Mitch Brokers for the past five years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. For the past two days, I have had an awful experience with their employee, Brenda, who I asked questions about adding a family member to my policy and potential options. Brenda provided unsolicited advice about adding family members to my policy, was quite argumentative and did not listen to me when I was trying to explain to her the purpose of my call. At the end of the call, I asked for her name and then she offered to look for a policy for me, but I had already had a negative experience thus far and did not want to continue working with her. My mother called her insurance brokers, and they were able to provide what she was asking for without any pushback and they were able to provide a reasonable explanations for everything unlike the service at Mitch. I gave two stars because I briefly spoke with sales rep, Tran, and she was very kind although she could not assist me.

Imcompetent agents/brokers. I opted to removing my vehicle to through the self serve option after calling and waiting hours and hours and no reply. I waited and waited again for them call and no response at all. Only to find out my request is ignored and is still being ignored with no real help of cancelling. I called over 5 times and every time the wait time was 2 hours plus. As if they are trying to kill you from boredom before they let you change your policy. If I can rate them daily at zero stars, I would.

I had a question on whether there was coverage on my car policy for car rental in the USA. Joni couldn't find it, just like me. He promised to call the insurer and find out and promised to send me an email. I received an email that I was covered. Pleasant conversation and promise kept. Good to find people keeping their promises.
