Had a great 1st experience. Terrible second. Contacted the salon and let them know if wasn't thrilled. They immediately offered to redo however, I'm busy and couldn't get back in until today. I booked giving them another shot. Shouldn't have. Uneven nails, cut skin, flooded cuticles are just a few of the issues. Not to mention the amount of time she spend answering her phone, booking other appointments, etc. Focus on the client in front of you! Super dissatisfied & will not revisit!
