If I could give them more stars I would. Not only did Justin come out late at night to help us when our gas furnace went out, but he noticed a disturbance in the flames after he had fixed it and discovered it was leaking Co2. He worked with our lack of financing for a new furnace and went above and beyond to find one that was the correct fit for our home within our price range. When his team Mario and Jason came to install it the three of them were so kind, all of them explained things very clearly for us, and did everything in their ability to make sure we had heat and were safe. There are no words for how tremendous this company truly is. For the short amount of time we had to go without heat after having to disable furnace due to leaking Co2. It is well worth the end result. Our house is warm and safe thanks to their due diligence. Thank you so much! (The gaming couple) The Strouds

We needed a new boiler system after 2 weeks of messing around they final had the one installed and finally working. They rook the old one. Started ths installation on my new one in Dec, in the bitter cold. First day took out old one started installation on Thur after 8 hours Stated it wasn't working so no heat or hot water. Come the next day. They never showed up. Called and had excuse after excuse showed up the following Tues still not working again on Wed. An entire week in the freezing could never got it working. Once working all is well. To this day 7 months later I still have the old unit on my patio so heavy that it cant be moved. Advised for the last 7 months they would be comimg the next day to get it. Still waiting at the end of July and still sitting here never shows up never calls. I wo I ld go with someone else .

Having problems with our air conditioner. Called another company and they referred us to Alpha Mechanical. I called and spoke with Justin. He was so friendly and was able to send somebody over the same day to look at our unit. Unfortunately we needed a new unit but we kind of expected that. However, their service technician was professional and courteous and helped walk us through the process of where we needed to go from here. Their invoice was e-mailed timely and our experience was excellent. Will most likely stick with these guys to help us with a new unit. Definitely would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!! UPDATE: I decided to leave my initial review on here because they did do a great job initially. However, when we decided that we wanted to fix our A/C (as opposed to buying a new one due to personal financial issues) I feel like we got the shaft from this business. They told us they would get with us about scheduling a time to come out. I ended up calling and asking for an update and was told they had been super busy from jobs that came up over the week-end. I feel I was very patient and understanding, however I could tell they weren't happy that we wanted a repair as opposed to a new install. I feel like once this business realized we only wanted a repair they were no longer interested in helping us. Finally after waiting an entire week in 90+ degree weather with no A/C and no calls or visits from this business we saw the writing on the wall and had to find another business to help us. I guess in the end it worked out better because we found a great business who was willing to help us out and they did an outstanding job! My biggest frustration with this whole situation was the no contact from this business. I can appreciate that they were hoping we would buy a new A/C from them. However, if they weren't interested in helping us with repairs the least they could have done is let us know they weren't interested instead of just stringing us along and saying they would look at their schedule and then never getting back with us. Not very good customer service in my opinion.
