Dan BeardenTop notch experience, start to finish. We needed to have our two very old furnaces and AC unit replaced. The salesman was upfront with his estimate and gave us several options to choose from. Nothing will make me walk away faster than a high pressure sales job and there was none of that. He explained the pros and cons of each option and left the decision up to us. The total cost was given up front and was right where it should be. We made our decision and the replacement was quickly scheduled. The crews were friendly, efficient, and respectful, and completed all of the replacement (both inside and outside work) within 2 days. By day 1 we had heat available, and they completed all of the work in the second day. They even left the machine room cleaner than when they got there. The price we paid was exactly what was quoted with no hidden fees or extra costs added in. I highly recommend JM Mechanical for any HVAC work.

Not only did he do a job of inspecting the air conditioner but found out in a hurry that what I thought was a problem with the furnace was not the furnace but a water problem underneath the house that was a real emergency with the floor covered with water. I was impressed seeing he was not a water person but suspected that was the problem very quickly and I called my regular plumber who was able to get here quickly.
