Prices on website and confirmed by phone for basic maintenance services don't necessarily reflect what they will charge you. It will likely be more. Won't be back and I have been a customer since the 1990's. When Earl Creekmore and his wife were the owners they didn't try to upsell you on things like they do now. Very disappointing. REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Good morning. You state: “If you call for an updated price, then it should be about the cost that we tell you.” In my case I specifically confirmed the exact price over the phone, not an “about price”, before I came in. You also state: “Our pricing on our website has a disclaimer of the date that the prices were posted and that they are subject to change.” This is in tiny print at the bottom of your web page, not in large print at the top of the web page. I take all of this to mean you can attempt to charge whatever you want whenever you want. Hard pass. Whenever I go to the Toyota dealer for service they are happy to confirm an exact price with me before the service is performed, and that is precisely what I am charged. That's why I will be going there for any future maintenance or repairs. Have a great rest of your day.

I would strongly caution anyone from bringing their vehicle to this shop. I came in with a specific issue, and not only did they fail to fix the original problem, but my car came back with even more issues than it had before. When I returned to address it, instead of taking accountability, they brushed me off and refused to make it right. A trustworthy mechanic stands behind their work, but this shop clearly does not. What should have been a simple repair has turned into a much bigger headache and expense because of their negligence. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I recommend going elsewhere. This place has shown me they care more about getting paid than actually helping their customers.

I have an older Acura that I can’t bear to part with and have had to have a few major repairs such as a new clutch, rear main seal and a new steering rack. Four Star did an excellent job each time and now several years later, everything is still working great. I wouldn’t even consider taking my car anywhere else.
