A 5 isn't even close. Every person in this practice is phenomenal. They are sincere, friendly, and above all else extremely skilled. My anxiety doesn't make me a very easy patient but they were able to proceed efficiently despite it, which I greatly appreciated. I took great comfort that they recognized the anxiety, understood it, and gave me options for if it got too bad. I did not feel like a pain in the neck, or a baby as I often do. No guilt, just clear communication with warm patient people. My mouth is still frozen but I have absolutely no doubt that the work I received was top shelf. So very grateful for this place, easily the best dental office in town.

Absolutely love the team at Altima. Everyone has been so nice and caring. They listen to your concerns and treat you with respect. Such lovely people. I would recommend Altima Parkedale Dental Centre to everyone!

Went to Altima Brockville today for my first x-Ray appointment with you guys. It was an exceptional experience. Hailey & Natalie were great to work with. They also offer direct billing which was great. I would recommend this location to anyone.
