I had wonderful experiences with Dr. Dong Li Family Dentistry. Since moving to Brockville, my family has been welcomed as patients, and we’ve always felt very well cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and patient to us non-native speakers, and Dr. Li takes the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and their new location is absolutely superb. As well, it is so good if you met someone who could speak with you in your mother tongue in a new place. Excellent experience!

Dr. Phil du Toit is amazing! Not only speaking of his work, but also his calm and gentle nature. He has made our young child feel at ease and excited about the dentist…even with cavities being filled. She loves him. I will never go anywhere else! I just had my very first root canal with Dr. Dong Li. It was completely painless! I didn’t even feel the freezing needle! He also put me at ease by explaining what he was doing the entire time. His assistant was very nice and attentive. The girls at the front desk were great. They had all of my insurance paperwork done and I didn't have to worry about submitting invoices when I got home. Overall a great experience! I'll be back for sure!
