An absolutely unforgettable experience at Nay Palad Hideaway. From the moment we arrived, every single detail was handled with such care, warmth, and genuine hospitality that it felt like stepping into a dream. The property itself is simply breathtaking beautifully designed villas surrounded by lush nature, pristine beaches, and the peaceful atmosphere that Siargao is famous for. Every corner of the resort reflects elegance, authenticity, and a deep respect for the island’s natural beauty. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the service. The team goes above and beyond in the most natural and sincere way. Every staff member anticipates your needs before you even think of them, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and incredibly personal. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism are truly world-class. The experiences organized by the team are also extraordinary from island adventures to relaxing moments by the ocean, everything is curated with perfection. The food deserves a special mention as well: fresh, creative, beautifully presented, and always adapted to your preferences. Nay Palad is not just a hotel, it is a place where memories are created. The level of excellence, the passion of the team, and the magical setting make it one of the most special destinations we have ever experienced. If you are looking for a place where luxury, authenticity, and impeccable service come together flawlessly, this is it. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended, truly a paradise.

We really enjoyed Nay Palad. The staff and service are great. We don't stay at many all inclusive resorts but this one is everything that they claim. The food is great and plentiful, almost all alcohol is included, yes you can help yourself behind the poolside bar if a bartender is not there (which does happen now and then) and the excursions are great. We particularly liked the 3 island boat trip in an amazing boat with lunch and snorkeling as well as the guided visit to General Luna (town) and Cloud 9 (surf spot). The view from the pool and pool bar is great. January is part of the rainy season there which apparently lasts longer than many other areas of the Philippines so we did have some rain.|The only downside is that the beach is not great and does not look like the one on the resorts website. The beach is heavily covered in sea grass and the water is so shallow it is hard to get wet especially at low tide. With only 10 villas the resort is very quiet which was great for us but we heard a few other guests saying they wished it was a bit livelier.

Nay Palad Hideaway was one of the resorts I had the highest expectations for in the Philippines. Before arriving, I believed it could be a true “pearl” of luxury hospitality in the country. Unfortunately, the reality did not meet those expectations. Anyone considering a stay here should carefully evaluate the price versus value proposition. The nightly rates can reach levels comparable to some of the best resorts in the Seychelles or the Maldives, yet the overall experience is nowhere near comparable. In fact, in terms of value for money, it does not come close to what you can receive in many other high-end destinations around the world. We had a direct comparison because during the same trip we stayed at another all-inclusive island resort in El Nido — Pangulasian Island Resort — located on a private island. That experience made the contrast even more apparent. To be clear: Nay Palad Hideaway is a good resort, but the pricing is extremely exaggerated. Villas costing around $3,000 per night simply cannot be compared with what you would get for the same price in top properties in the Seychelles or the Maldives. High-end resorts in those destinations outperform this property many times over in terms of luxury, facilities, scale of experiences and overall refinement. The food is good, but not exceptional or memorable. For a resort positioned at this level of pricing, the culinary experience should be far more impressive. The resort promotes an all-inclusive concept with excursions included, which is a positive point, since this is not always the case in the Maldives or Seychelles. However, the number and variety of activities available here is quite limited, and there simply isn’t that much to do around the property. In contrast, places like Palawan offer far more impressive island-hopping and exploration opportunities. The service from the staff was very good, and the team clearly tries hard to create a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot justify such an extreme price level. When compared with luxury resorts across Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, or Vietnam, the pricing here feels dramatically inflated. In my opinion, the resort would make sense if the price were 60–70% lower. At the current rate, the value simply isn’t there. Summary: • Beautiful setting and good service • Food is decent but not extraordinary • Limited activities • Extremely poor value for money Unfortunately, at its current pricing level, this resort is heavily overpriced and difficult to recommend.
