Just got a new policy through Julio Chacker at A-Max. I was previously with Farm Bureau (who I've been with for since I started driving 18 years ago) and within 30 minutes Julio was able to get me better insurance coverage for almost $200 less per month. Highly highly highly recommended. Even if you're happy with your current insurance policy give Julio and A-Max a try and see if they can't save you some money. Because honestly, who doesn't like saving money?

I've been sitting in the chair in front of the staff and they don't answer the phones so unprofessional. They very nice in person but got to do better with the phones. This is a business it's part of the job. Get it together.

Prices are good , but customer service sucks. I have sat and waited for over a hour and 10 minutes and god forbid don’t call cause they don’t answer the phones. They just need help in customer service.
