I called to talk to a representative about my house insurance and the significant increase to renew in October. I also needed to talk to someone about being overcharged and money being taken out of my account without being notified. I asked for my broker to investigate any other insurers that would be more cost effective. Dean was the last person I talked to and he never got back to me. Time was of the essence, I ended up going to another broker and received close to 900.00 savings. I had to call the insurer directly to get my refund of 191.00. Make sure you ask for the service you deserve. Dean tried to talk over me, interrupted me mid sentence and very dismissive.
