I had a great experience with American Auto Shipping. I was buying a car about 600 miles away and got several online shipping quotes. I was hesitant to do it all online so I called American Auto Shipping to ask a few questions before completing the deal. The gentleman that took my call was knowledgeable and made it very easy. After a prepaid discount and a coupon code they sent me, I actually paid less than the price quoted online! My car was picked up the next morning and arrived the morning after that, approximately 40 hours after I made the call. This was painless, it cost less than I expected, and I got great service. I highly recommend!

I've used American Auto Shipping twice now.. Once shipping a car from Sarasota in off season and then again shipping a car from Columbus Ohio to Naples Florida. The online order process was done seamlessly and a follow up call from the dispatcher followed to confirm all the information was entered correctly. The pick up window of 7 days was accurate and happened on the front end of the estimate and the service was excellent. They were proactive in giving you a pick up time window on delivery which gave us plenty of time to adjust our schedule to receive the car. I will definitely use America Auto again for my car shipping needs!

Several of our friends successfully shipped their vehicles with American Auto Shipping and I’m glad we did too. We shipped our car from California to New York. The process was smooth, the carrier was communicative, and our vehicle arrived safely within 6 days despite less than ideal weather. Would recommend!

It took them 18 days to pick up my car. Communication was terrible. The only communication I got was from me calling them to find out what's going on. And when the day came to finally pick it up they didn't have bill of lading or even the VIN number so the vehicle could not be released. When I called them to ask about it they tried to make me feel like I was the problem. Saying things like it's 2025.... Even though they were the ones that had somebody in training make that mistake. Quite rude. Never an "I'm sorry we made a mistake". Only a poor attitude and a negative experience. I would recommend anybody else. I should have flown and picked up the car myself. The cost would have been the same or less. And at this point it would have been more convenient... Edit: They respond saying I was hostile and used inappropriate language. I don't think "hostile" is the way to describe someone who is unhappy with the shipping broker failing to provide the most basic information to their contracted carrier after next to no communication. I had to call them to get them to correct their data entry error after the dealership warned me there was a suspicious carrier with no information outside of the vehicle make to provide attempting to pick up our car. I never cussed nor was I crass. 1/6 to 1/22 is 18 days. No lie there either. What a sad attempt to shed any accountability with embellishments. If my phone number was blocked I would never know as I have zero intention of calling these rookies again.
